HP Dawn Night

Chapter 22 Forbidden Forest

The next morning, the Gryffindor students couldn't believe their eyes, had the hourglass gone wrong? How could you lose 150 points all of a sudden?

But soon, things spread slowly, and the famous Harry Potter and his friends were deducted fifty points for night outings.madness.

The hero fell down at once and became the target of public criticism.Potter was stared at and spurned, and in one night they destroyed all Gryffindor's hopes of winning the House Cup, and now Gryffindor is down to last place, even Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff The students did not give him a good face.

Relatively speaking, Slytherin's twenty points less was not noticed at all. After all, Draco and I have added far more than [-] points in the usual class.

Potter was pointed and pointed at everywhere he went now, and the Slytherins, who tacitly whistled and cheered and clapped as Potter walked by. "Thank you, Potter, you did us a great favor."

A few days later, Draco and I received two identical notes at the breakfast table:

"Your detention begins at eleven o'clock tonight. Find Mr. Filch in the hall."

At eleven o'clock that night, people in the common room returned to their dormitories one after another. We bid farewell to Pansy and Blaise and went to the foyer, where Filch was already waiting.

"And Potter, Potter and his friends?" Draco asked Filch.

"Of course," Filch gave him a disgusting smile, "a bunch of troublemakers..."

Just then, Audio-Technica and Longbottom arrived.

"Come with me," said Filch, lighting a lamp and leading them out, "I think you'll have to think twice about breaking school rules in the future, don't you, eh?" He squinted Looking at us, I tugged on Draco's sleeve, focused on the road, and pretended I didn't hear anything, "Oh, yeah... If you ask me, hard work and hard work are the best teachers... ...it's a pity they abolished the old fashioned punishment of the past...hanging you by the wrists and hanging you from the ceiling for days. I still have those chains in my office and I often wind them up Oil, maybe one day it will come in handy... Well, let’s go, don’t even think about running away. If you run away, you will have no good fruit to eat.”

I shuddered to hear it.Was there torture at Hogwarts? It seems like no one told me.

Longbottom sniffled as we made our way across the dark field.Filch's tone was so cheerful that it was surprising. My father didn't say what our confinement was about, and I can only guess that it must be something unpleasant.

From time to time, clouds covered the moonlight, and a cry came from a distant cabin:

"Is that you, Filch? Come on, I'm leaving."

I felt that Potter behind me relaxed a lot, and his steps became lighter. But Filch seemed to read his mind: "You probably think you're going to have a good time with that idiot, don't you? Think again, kid—you're going to the Forbidden Forest! If you can come out safe and sound, Even if I guess wrong."

Draco and I stopped at the same time, and Potter almost bumped into him.

"Forbidden Forest?" Draco repeated, no longer calm. "We can't go in in the middle of the night - there's everything in there - I hear there are werewolves."

"That's only your own fault, isn't it? You should have thought of these werewolves before you got into trouble, shouldn't you?" Filch said gleefully, and Longbottom gave a sob of terror.

I didn't move: "Does our dean and Professor Dumbledore know? Did they allow it?"

Filch's expression froze in a ridiculous place, and then he took a sharp step forward and said venomously at me, "I told you, it's only you to blame, stupid girl!"

Now Hagrid came with a huge bow and a full quiver, and his dog followed him.

"It's almost time. I've been waiting for half an hour." He said, "How is it?"

"You shouldn't be so polite to them, Hagrid," said Filch curtly. "After all, they're here to be punished."

"That's why you're late, isn't it?" Hagrid frowned at Filch, "I've been teaching them a lesson, huh? Responsible."

Filch glared at Hagrid coldly: "I'll be back at daylight to pick up their wreckage." He glanced at us one by one through gritted teeth, then turned and walked towards the castle, the lamp flickering and disappearing into the darkness.

This is what Draco said:

"I will not enter that forbidden forest."

He held my hand tightly, trembling all over: "Vio also."

As children of wizarding families, we have heard our parents tell about the mysterious and terrifying Forbidden Forest since we were young. Of course, we are well aware of the dangers of the Forbidden Forest, not to mention that Hogwarts has never lacked such and such rumors.

"So," Hagrid turned to me, "you're Violet Snape?"

I looked at the dark and steep forest and felt my teeth trembling: "That's right. But I don't think this is appropriate."

"Oh?" Hagrid asked back.

"I want to know if this is permitted? At least, I'll have to ask my father." There was an involuntary panic in my voice.

"I've got to tell my dad—"

"If you want to stay at Hogwarts, you must go," said Hagrid mercilessly. "You did something wrong, and now you must pay for it."

"It's a servant's job to work here, not a student. I thought we would write a review or something at most. If my father knew that I was doing this, he would—"

"—to tell you that's how Hogwarts is." Hagrid interrupted Draco roughly, "Thanks for checking! What's in it for you? You've got to do something useful, or get fucked. If you think your father would rather have you expelled, then go back to the castle and pack. Go!"

Draco looked at Hagrid angrily, but he didn't move, then dropped his eyes again.

"Well, listen carefully now, what we are going to do tonight is very dangerous, and I don't want to put anyone in danger. Follow me here first."

He led us to the edge of the Forbidden Forest, lighting a narrow path with a lamp.We stared into the depths of the Forbidden Forest in silence, the wind blowing our hair.

"Look over there," said Hagrid. "See that shiny thing on the ground? The silvery white? That's unicorn blood. A unicorn in the Forbidden Forest was wounded by something. It's heavy. This is the second time in a week. I found one dead last Wednesday. We're going to fight to find that poor unicorn and bring it out of its misery."

"What if the thing that hurt the unicorn finds us first?" Draco asked.

"Nothing in the Forbidden Forest will harm you as long as you're with me or Fang," said Hagrid. "Stay on the path. Well, now we're going to split up and follow the blood. Everywhere It's all blood, and it's evident it's been stumbling around since at least last night."

"I'm with Vio, we want Fang." Draco said first.

"Okay, but let me remind you, he's a coward," said Hagrid. "Then, Hermione, Ron, Neville and I go one way, and Malfoy, Snape, Harry and Fang go the other way." One way. If anyone finds a unicorn, shoot green sparks, see? Get your wands out and practice a little bit - yes - if anyone's in trouble, shoot red sparks and we'll all come looking You—well, everyone be careful—let's go."

Obviously Draco and Potter are not happy with this combination.

The Forbidden Forest was dark and silent. At the fork, we took the road to the right.

"Seriously, who of you will carry the lamp?" I staggered along, Hagrid's lamp was too heavy for me.Draco took it.

"Luminescence," I whispered. The wand emits a blue light, and I raise it so that it and the light illuminate more places.

The Forbidden Forest looked even more mysterious in the low light, and the unicorn's blood glistened, and I couldn't help but wonder what kind of creature had attacked it.

We walked along the path toward the depths of the Forbidden Forest. No one spoke along the way. I don’t know if they were as nervous as me. As we got closer to the hinterland of the Forbidden Forest, the surrounding became more and more quiet. Sweat broke out involuntarily.

"Snapped!"

Draco immediately raised the lamp, and Potter drew his wand and looked around alertly.

"Sorry, I stepped on a branch." I kicked it away. "Potter, you walk in the middle."

"why?"

"Why!"

Potter and Draco yelled at the same time, their expressions as if they were going to dance with Filch.I said honestly, "First, only Draco and I have light sources here. Second, with all due respect, you two must not know as much about spells as I do."

Potter changed places with me silently.

I don't know how long we walked, but the trees became so thick that the path was almost impassable. There was a lot of blood on the roots of a tree, as if the poor unicorn had struggled here.

"Look—" Potter suddenly stopped us with his hand.

Through the tangled branches, I saw a white thing shining on the ground not far away, and we slowly approached it.

This is the wounded unicorn. It's beautiful, but we don't have time to appreciate it now - it's dead:

"Who and where is the spark?" Draco asked, gripping his wand tightly.

"Here." I felt the spark and was about to set it off. Potter took a step forward, and suddenly something stopped him, and he stood there dumbfounded.

"Why—" Draco asked strangely. But then he was speechless. There was a rustling sound, and a hooded figure emerged from the trembling bushes, as if it had been hiding in the shadows. Now it crawled on the ground and approached the unicorn. Then, with us all dumbstruck, the cloaked figure came up to the unicorn, bowed its head, and began drinking its blood—

"Woof!" Yaya roared, and ran away desperately.

"Ah—!" I screamed uncontrollably, and instinctively fired the fireworks in my hand. The lamp in Draco's hand dropped to the floor, and he drew his wand - as did Potter.

The hooded figure looked up and caught sight of us, unicorn blood dripping on his chest. He got up and walked quickly—

"Go! Run!" I yelled, but Potter staggered back, screaming in pain:

"My scars..."

I drew out my wand and pointed at the approaching thing: "There are many obstacles!"

It paused in its stride, but to no avail.

"Armor protection!"

It didn't work, it didn't work at all, the thing was still approaching.

"Disarm you! Pass out!"

Potter fell to the ground with a thud, motionless. That thing is walking towards me.

"All petrified!" Draco shouted not far away.

I was desperately searching my mind for a spell that would work, and suddenly I remembered the pamphlet my father gave me, maybe I could try it:

"Wuying Shenfeng! Wuying Shenfeng! Wuying Shenfeng!"

But it was blocked one by one.

Draco frantically waved his wand: "Bones in pieces! Torn apart!"

It seemed to hesitate for a while, not knowing who to deal with first.I seized the moment and pointed to a nearby tree and shouted, "Thunderbolt explodes!"

The huge impact knocked me to the ground, Potter seemed to be near me, and I could hear him raving.Draco seemed to lose his mind: "The front teeth match! It's hot! It's tarantella dance! Grin ho la la!"

The thing lowered its head slowly, as if looking at me.I struggled to get up, wand within inches of my hand, but it raised its wand first.

I don't think we should be in the Forbidden Forest.
