Luffy, the protagonist who accidentally traveled to the world of pirates, was taken to the Marine Headquarters by Garp early on.

At the age of 5, he was assigned to become a member of the navy.

But as Luffy grew up, Garp slowly began to regret his decision.

Luffy: "What? Justice? Killing the damn Celestial Dragons is justice!"

Luffy: "What? It's wrong for a marine to be king? When did I become a king? The king is my wife!"

Luffy: "What? My three wives and four concubines affect the reputation of the navy? What law prohibits marrying multiple wives?"

Garp: "My dear grandson, stop making trouble. If you continue like this, our Monkey family will become Celestial Dragons!"
