Hogwarts's Master of Mind

Chapter 73 Harry Lost Contact

The summer vacation was coming to an end, and Aiden had written letters to many people, including Harry.

During this period, Aiden received replies from almost everyone except Harry.

Thanks to the development of the long staff and new techniques, Aiden spent the second half of his vacation dealing with inquiries from various bigwigs. Among them, the one who sent Aiden the most crazy letters was Ollivander.

But the busyness also made Aiden forget about poor Ronnie at home, and... Harry whose communication rights were violated.

By the time he remembered, it was too late.

Let’s go back to the first day of summer vacation.

When Harry returned home, he wanted to spend a happy summer vacation, but Petunia and Vernon locked up his owl, textbooks, wand and broomstick.

Harry, who was trapped in the room, could only look helplessly at Hedwig in the cage and said,

"Looks like it's just you and me now."

Harry was obviously heartbroken that his friends had forgotten about him, so he stepped up his efforts to scare Dudley.

In August, a wealthy builder named Mason had a very pleasant conversation with Vernon and made an appointment to visit his home.

As the director of the drilling company, Fenon was ecstatic. He thought that his future villa in Mallorca depended on this deal.

In the afternoon, Vernon and Dudley dressed up carefully to welcome the guests.

Penny is cooking a delicious posh roast and violet pudding.

Vernon called out, "Harry Potter."

Harry was called out of the cubicle, where he watched the Dursleys rehearse a farce.

Under threat from Vernon, he was also unable to gain even an hour of freedom for Hedwig.

"Hey, cousin, pass me the frying pan," Dudley called to Harry.

"You forgot to recite the spell." Harry, who was used to magic, said subconsciously.

"Don't--use your strange tricks in this house. Now get back to your room."

Vernon drove Harry away viciously.

Back in the room, Harry looked at Hedwig, his eyes full of disappointment.

That night, Penny gave him two slices of bread and a piece of cheese.

After receiving his food, Harry returned to his room.

A bald little man with large bat-like ears and large protruding eyes was found jumping on his bed in tattered clothes.

The two looked at each other awkwardly.

The dwarf spoke first: "Harry Potter, it's an honor to meet you."

"who are you?"

"Dobby, is a house elf."

Harry and Dobby started chatting, and when they came to the topic of wizards, Dobby banged his head against the cabinet door.

At this moment, there was a knocking sound outside the window. Harry turned his head and saw a leopard cat with beautiful patterns.

It's Aiden's pet, Harry thought.

So he walked over and opened the window.

Radha hopped gracefully into Harry's room.

The Vernon family and the Masons downstairs were attracted by the noise upstairs and looked up in surprise.

Lada let out a long howl: "Meow~."

Vernon also hurriedly added: "Oh, don't worry, it's just a wild cat."

Upstairs, Dobby stopped and said,

"Dobby knows Harry Potter is here, but Dobby has to come. Bad things are going to happen in Hogwarts this year, and Dobby has to protect Harry Potter."

Dobby started hitting himself on the head with the lamp again because he had violated the elf's contract.

Downstairs, Vernon, who could no longer bear it, rushed upstairs and came to Harry's room.

Harry hastily hid Dobby in the wardrobe.

Vernon glanced at Harry's room, saw Rada, and said,

"You just ruined the funniest part of my Japanese joke. Listen, chase that wild cat away. If you make any more noise, I promise to make sure you die a miserable death."

After saying that, he glared at Rada fiercely, and Rada rolled her eyes at him.

Seeing such a humane cat, Fenon's courage suddenly disappeared. He shuddered and left.

Harry got Dobby out of the wardrobe.

"See? This is why I don't want to stay here. I don't belong here. I belong to Hogwarts. My friends are there," Harry explained patiently to Dobby.

"Aren't those letters addressed to Harry Potter's friends?" Dobby let slip.

"I guess they...wait, how do you know they didn't write to me?" Harry spotted the blind spot.

"Harry Potter, can't be angry with Dobby, Dobby thought, if Harry Potter thinks his friends have forgotten him, he won't want to go back to school."

Dobby said as he pulled out a stack of letters. Harry recognized his friends' handwriting immediately.

There are Hermione's regular script, Ron's cursive script, Aiden's running script, Hagrid's scribbles, and so on.

"It's an interesting show, but the shit shoveler asked me to bring you a message."

A pleasant voice came from the desk to the left of the two.

Harry turned around and saw Radha lying on the desk watching the show.

"You..." Harry couldn't believe it.

"Yes, it's me." Rada scratched his ear with his hind paw.

"Can you talk!??" * 2

Harry was a little confused as to why Dobby also exclaimed.

"Ophia came back and told the shoveler that a house-elf had taken her mail.

The shit shoveler was worried that if he sent another owl, it would be intercepted, so he asked me to make the trip.

Do you know how far I ran? I ran through two counties and was exhausted.

And the shit shoveler asked me to tell you something: don’t worry, you won’t be fired.”

Rada yawned, looking very cute.

"Won't be expelled? What does that mean?" Harry was a little confused.

"No, Harry Potter cannot go back to Hogwarts."

Dobby jumped up like crazy, opened the door and rushed out.

Rada, who was observing Dobby from the side, had already observed Dobby's thoughts from his emotional color.

So Rada rushed out and pounced on Dobby at the entrance, knocking him down.

Dobby struggled and used magic in panic, smashing the cake prepared by Penny onto Rada's head, covering her up.

Dobby struggled to get up, looked at Harry who was chasing him, and said,

"I'm sorry, Harry Potter, this is all for your own good."

Then he snapped his fingers and disappeared from the spot, but he did not leave.

The loud collision attracted everyone in the living room.

Mr. and Mrs. Mason and the Dursleys squeezed over hastily and saw the entrance which was covered in cake.

"I'm sorry, this is my nephew. He gets sick when he sees strangers, so I usually lock him in the attic."

Fenon explained anxiously.

Penny suddenly saw Dobby standing on the stairs, and her green eyes couldn't help glancing up.

Harry stared at him as well. Dobby spoke,

'Harry Potter must promise that he does not return to school.'

Harry looked determined and replied, "No"
