Hogwarts Lion Girl

Chapter 124 Terrence's Hand Kiss

The dinner was held in the garden of the manor. Terence looked at the garden bathed in the afterglow of the setting sun and couldn't help but sigh that the golden light was like Selina's smile, warm and dazzling. The afterglow of the setting sun fell on the garden, coating everything with a layer of golden light.

Salina changed into a light blue long skirt. The lace on the hem swayed gently with her steps, setting off her fair skin and elegant posture.

Her long hair was no longer tied up, but casually draped over her shoulders, like sunshine pouring down, making her look even more beautiful.

Terrence's eyes slowly swept from Salina's delicate eyebrows to her elegant skirt, and he couldn't help but sigh in his heart that she was such a charming enchantress that people couldn't help but want to get closer to her.

The air was filled with a light floral scent, mixed with the unique scent of Serena's perfume, which was fresh and elegant, making him feel relaxed and happy.

A melodious violin sound came from afar, which sounded particularly beautiful in the quiet night sky. He suddenly realized that he had lost his composure, and quickly looked away, picked up the goblet of red wine on the table, took a sip, and tried to cover up his gaffe with the aroma of alcohol.

"Miss Swinburne, you really surprised me. I didn't expect that you, at such a young age, would have such a strong aura and business acumen."

"You're too kind, Mr. Higgs." Salina's eyes moved and an elegant curve appeared at the corners of her lips, as charming as a blooming petal.

Her slender white fingers gently picked up the goblet on the table. The red juice in the goblet swayed slightly with her movements, emitting a faint fruity aroma.

Sharina raised the glass to her lips, took a sip, then put it down, turned her eyes to Terrence, raised her glass and clinked it with his, making a crisp sound.

The dinner was held in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Salina enjoyed the tender and juicy grilled lamb chops while chatting and laughing with Terrence. She spoke elegantly and behaved properly. She did not have the aggressive attitude at the negotiation table at all, which made Terrence look at her with even greater admiration.

As the night deepened, dinner came to an end.

Salina gracefully put down the silver knife and fork in her hand, and the exquisite plate shone softly in the candlelight.

Seeing this, Terrence put down the wine glass in his hand, stood up and gentlemanly pulled out a chair for Salina.

"Thank you for your hospitality tonight, Miss Swinburne. It has been a truly unforgettable dinner." Terence bowed slightly and looked at Salina sincerely.

Salina chuckled, her eyes moving like the stars twinkling in the night sky.

"I'm glad you like it, too, Mr. Higgs." She stood up and adjusted her skirt, her every move showing elegance.

Salina walked Terrence to the gate of the manor. Before getting in the car, he gently took Salina's hand, bent down, and gave a soft kiss on the back of her white hand.

Salina walked Terrence to the gate of the manor. The moonlight poured down like water, making their figures look particularly slender.

The night breeze blew gently, and Salina's skirt swayed slightly. Terrence looked at the elegant lady in front of him, and an indescribable emotion surged in his heart.

He stretched out his right hand and gently touched the back of Salina's hand with his fingertips. The delicate touch made his heart tremble slightly.

He felt the warm body temperature of Salina. Slowly, he leaned down and gently lifted the back of Salina's white hand. A faint scent of perfume lingered around his nose, refreshing his heart.

He closed his eyes and placed a soft kiss on the back of her hand, as careful as a butterfly touching a petal.

"Goodbye, Miss Salina." He said softly, with an imperceptible tremor in his voice.

Salina was slightly startled. Terrence's behavior was beyond her expectation, but soon, she gracefully withdrew her hand, and a meaningful smile bloomed on her lips.

"Goodbye, Mr. Terence."

……

At night, Salina received a letter from Hedwig.

Harry hopes that Serena will go with him to visit his godfather Sirius tomorrow.

As night fell, Salina returned to the room. A snow-white owl flapped its wings and landed steadily on the windowsill. It was Harry's messenger Hedwig.

Its eyes were gleaming, and its sharp gaze seemed to be able to penetrate the darkness and see Salina in the room. It tilted its head and pecked at the window with its pointed beak, making a tap-tap-tap sound, as if urging Salina to come and get the letter quickly.

Salina walked to the window, and the cool night breeze blew in with a hint of earthy scent. She reached out to open the window. Hedwig flapped her wings, and Salina could feel the breeze created by its wings.

It raised its legs obediently, and Salina untied the letter wrapped in parchment from its legs.

The envelope exuded a faint smell of magic ink. Salina gently tore open the seal with her slender fingers and pulled out the letter inside. Harry's familiar handwriting came into view. In the letter, he invited Salina to go with him to visit his godfather Sirius tomorrow.

Salina lowered her eyes and thought for a moment, Harry's expectant eyes emerged in her mind. She picked up the quill, dipped it in ink, and wrote on a new piece of parchment that she was willing to go together.

As soon as Salina opened the curtains, the warm golden sunlight could not wait to fill the room, and the roses blooming in the garden outside the window exuded bursts of fragrance.

Accompanied by the sound of brisk footsteps, a familiar figure appeared at the door of Salina's house.

Harry was wearing a simple T-shirt and jeans, and his messy black hair seemed to have never been combed, but this did not prevent his green eyes from flashing with anticipation.

He raised his hand and rang the doorbell, then stood on tiptoe impatiently and looked out of the window, as if he wanted to confirm as soon as possible whether Salina was ready.

Seeing Salina appear in the garden, Harry's face immediately broke into a bright smile. He waved his arms excitedly and shouted loudly: "Good morning, Salina, are you ready? Let's go see Sirius!"

Harry's voice was full of excitement, like a large dog wagging its tail.

Number 12 Grimmauld Place is an old, dilapidated three-story building. Its gray exterior walls are mottled and peeling, revealing the black bricks inside, like a wrinkled old face left with the traces of time.

The surrounding buildings were equally old and dilapidated. The windows of many houses were boarded up, with only faint lights shining from behind a few windows, adding a spooky atmosphere to this lifeless neighborhood.

Salina noticed that the gaps between the houses were full of weeds, and thick dust and fallen leaves accumulated in the corners. It was obvious that no one had cleaned them for a long time.

Looking at the house in front of her that seemed like it would collapse at any time, Salina found it hard to imagine that this was the base of the Order of the Phoenix.

"Don't be scared by its appearance, Salina, there's a lot going on inside." Harry said, reaching out and pushing open the heavy wooden door.
