America's King of Poetry

In 2019, David Stern was investigated and subpoenaed by the judiciary for his involvement in "game manipulation", "illegal gambling", and "illegal draft". At the hearing, he was asked the following questions by prosecutors:
"In the 1994 finals, Olajuwon missed the third game due to food poisoning. Is there someone behind it?"
"No, that was purely an accident."
"Michael Jordan came back in 1995, but the Chicago Bulls gave up signing him. Is there a threat behind it?"
"No, it's a mutual negotiation between the Bulls and Jordan."
"In 1999 labor negotiations, the agreement is not conducive to the players, whether there is behind the scenes."
"No, that was the result of unanimous deliberation among the players."
"In 2002, the No. [-] pick was signed to the New York Knicks. Is there any black box operation?"
"No, that's purely down to luck."
"Mr. David Stern, are you a member of the Heart Club? Your president is a man known as the King of Poetry?"
"No, I'm Christian and I'm not affiliated with any organization. I don't know the person you're talking about."
"Then do you know a man named Arthur Luciano?"
Stern was silent for a while, and said, "Yes, he's a cook, and the dishes he cooks are delicious."
David Stern died of a brain hemorrhage on January 2020, 1, less than a week after the hearing.
In March of the same year, Silva resigned and the NBA declared bankruptcy.
And it all started from a dinner in an Italian restaurant in 1994.
