Once these cadres who have "suffered hardship" gain power, the foundation of the party may be shaken. .

In fact, releasing a large number of these people and letting them work for the party again is a kind of shaking. Although there have always been places for restoration of reputation, the number of places is limited and very precious, enough to make people grateful. However, a large number of releases and appointments will make people resentful and think that they have been wronged, thus doubting the system.

They will think that it is the party that is wrong, not themselves! So it is the party that needs to correct and review...

It can be said that Stalin's large-scale use of purged personnel during World War II, allowing the Soviet people to believe in God, and dissolving the Third International and other concessions to the anti-G revolution were the beginning of the shaking of the Bolshevik ideals and the prelude to the 20th Congress of the Bolshevik Party!
