At the federal level, parliamentary seats, public offices and military composition must be strictly allocated according to the population ratio of each ethnic group.

In other words, the number of Czechs in the future Bohemian Federation army cannot exceed 47% (including officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers at all levels). And Sudeten Germans can occupy 26% of officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers - I am afraid that many of them are simply Stasi agents!
