HP Dawn Night

Chapter 194 The Sneaky Gathering

Pansy finally decided to go to Hogsmeade with a fourth year from Ravenclaw. She showed little interest in the trip. I dare not speculate on the reasons, but Pansy has been a little out of shape this term. — although I don't know why.

The morning we went to Hogsmeade was sunny and breezy.Filch stood in the hall, going over the list carefully.

"Where do you want to go first?" Draco asked me.We were passing between tall stone pillars with winged boars on top, and turning left on the road to the village, I brushed my wind-blown hair and tied it up:

"Let's go to the Screaming Shack first."

Draco smiled knowingly.

The Screaming Shack was a pretty meaningful place for us.

"Someone will come here in a while." I said, this is the first Hogsmeade weekend of this semester, and there must be many curious third-year students coming here to find out.

"Yeah, so we'd better enjoy some quiet time as soon as possible." Draco untied my hair tie with cool fingers, "I still prefer your hair without it."

"That hair is easy to mess." I smiled softly, closed my eyes and looked for his lips, his fingers ran through my hair.

"It's the first time we've been alone together in a long time," Draco sighed.

"You can go to Professor Snape and talk about it." I was satisfied to find that Dad's name made his spine stiff.

"Don't mention him here," Draco said vaguely, "I always feel like he's hiding somewhere and staring at me."

"That won't do it," I said, "or you'd probably be unconscious on the floor."

Draco laughed lowly.

After a while, when the sound from the hillside gradually became louder, we parted.

"To the Duke of Bees?" Draco suggested.

I'm tying my hair: "Okay."

We walked just in time, and as we walked down the hill holding hands, we ran right into a group of chattering third years, some of whom I spotted to be Slytherins.

"Just a little bit." Draco seemed to find this exciting.

"Yeah, my glorious image was almost destroyed." I snorted.

Draco looked back at the group of students who had gone away: "They all know what our relationship is."

"But it's not the same as what you see with your own eyes," I warned him, "You and I are both prefects, so we must pay attention to our image."

——If our noble and glamorous image collapses, it is estimated that those students will no longer obey our discipline.

In Honeydukes, I run into unexpected acquaintances: Daphne and Montague.

Draco and I watched them walk proudly through the crowd arm in arm.

"What's going on?" I turned to Draco. He looked back at me innocently:

"I just saw it too."

I just can't figure out the articulation: "How—how did these two get together?"

Draco quickly diverted my attention: "Look, this seems to be a limited edition!"

Behind us was a pile of cardboard boxes stacked in a spiral, surrounded by circles of excited students.I looked up and looked at the words on the poster:

"'Maple Butter Beer Cupcakes - Limited to [-] Boxes This Fall, Only One' Does that mean it's only available at this one store?"

"I think so." Draco looked at the carton. "Eight in a box. Looks delicious."

I looked at those golden and attractive cupcakes, and decided to throw all the Galleons here: "I want four boxes, thank you."

"Excuse me, give me four boxes too." Draco followed my words and said to the clerk.

In the end, when we left the store, each of us held four boxes in our arms.

"We should come back to Honeydukes last," I couldn't help but say.

"That can't be done, it might be sold out if it comes too late." Draco complained, "The group of students just now were too crazy."

As we were checking out, a group of students jostled over the few cakes available, and one of the burly boys fell into the pile of spiral paper boxes.

"Come with me to the post office," I said, "I want to mail a box to my mother."

"it is good."

I was only planning to give one box to my mother, but then I suddenly felt that I should not be too partial, so I sent another box to my father.I decided to keep the remaining two boxes for myself to enjoy slowly.

"Draco, why did you buy so many?" I don't think Draco has a particular preference for cupcakes.

"Eat." Draco shook the paper box in his arms with a smile, "Don't come again if you miss this opportunity."

When I walked out of the post office, I was surprised to find a group of people coming out of an alley that few people usually set foot in.Among them were Ernie McMillan, Zacharias Smith, Luna Lovegood and others, most of whom were in our grade.

"I remember there was only one bar." I said to Draco, who pulled me back a step faster than I could react and hid in the post office. We looked out the window and the crowd was in groups scattered.

"What are they doing at the Pig's Head Bar?" Draco stared at the alleyway vigilantly. At this moment, Cho Zhang and her friends came out together, and Draco frowned tightly.

"And all over the grades." I looked at the Weasley twins' receding backs, "Do you think this is abnormal?"

"That's weird." Draco said, "Let's wait here for a while." I nodded.

A few minutes later, the Gryffindor trio came out, Potter and Weasley each clutching a bottle of Butterbeer, while Granger was talking brightly.

Draco and I exchanged an unsurprising glance.

"Do you think they organized it?" Draco and I came out of the post office after the trio walked into the Wenrenju quill shop.

"Nine out of ten chances," I said with considerable certainty, "did you notice the people who came? None of them were Slytherins—"

"—and there are a lot of people who are on good terms with them." Draco picked up my words alertly, "Brother Weasley, for example."

I thought to myself, "But why did they pick the meeting place at the Hog's Head? I mean, it's definitely not a good place."

"No, maybe it just happens to be a good place. The Three Broomsticks has too many acquaintances, and it would be inconvenient if you want to say something private." Draco stroked his chin and said, "But the Pig's Head is different, everyone there Yes, no one cares about them."

"Well, it makes sense. But we still haven't figured out what the purpose of their rally is." I said.

"But we can guess some." Draco blinked, and I thought about it:

"You mean...they're planning something to avoid Slytherins?"

"I think so," Draco said, "like convincing people to trust Potter or something—" He didn't go on, but that was enough for me to understand.

"We can only pretend we didn't see anything." I said slowly, "There is no evidence, and we don't know what they are doing, and there is even a possibility that what they do has no conflict of interest with us."

"That's right, we don't need to take risks just to show off." Draco took my hand again, "Okay, forget about that, let's go to the Three Broomsticks for a drink first."

In the Three Broomsticks, I spotted Blaise, sitting in a prominent position, staring out the window boredly.

Draco went to buy a drink, I walked over to say hello to Blaise: "I actually met you! Where's Astoria?"

"The bathroom." Blaise looked pleased to see me, "You and Draco are here too? Yo, you bought cupcakes too?"

"Yeah," I turned my gaze around and noticed a few boxes piled up at Blaise's feet, "you have gained a lot."

Blaise looked a little embarrassed: "I have to say, I didn't buy this."

"You don't seem to think highly of this date?" I looked around, but there was no sign of Astoria.

"I'll tell you the truth, Violet," he whispered, "Greengrass is pretty much perfect in every way, but that's what makes me tired, you understand?"

"You also have to cooperate with her in acting?" I couldn't help smiling.Blaise is a person who is used to wearing a camouflage mask, but he didn't expect to meet his opponent this time.

"That's nothing, it's just that she's always asking me about something intentionally or unintentionally, so I'm a little unhappy." Blaise met my sympathetic gaze and quickly waved his hands, "Don't tell Pansy."

"Why can't you tell her?" I asked back.

"What if I let her know that I have to be laughed at to death?" Blaise winked at me with a wry smile, and whispered, "She's here."

Astoria's voice sounded at the right time: "Sister Snape!"

I immediately turned around and put on a perfect smile: "Hello, Astoria."

She smiled sweetly at me: "Is the senior sister here with Mr. Malfoy?"

"Yeah," I said graciously, "I saw Blaise here, so I came to say hello."

"You guys are so sweet." She gave me a digressive answer, and I didn't know if it was a psychological effect, and I panicked for no reason.

"Vio, why are you standing here - Hey, Blaise." Draco was visibly startled when he saw Astoria, "Hi, Miss Greengrass."

I kicked him quietly, and before Astoria smiled sweetly at him, Draco wisely chose to leave: "Let's go and sit over there, see you, Blaise."

Great, I looked at Astoria's incomplete smile with satisfaction. Since I expressed my desire to keep a distance between him and Greengrass in the third grade, Draco has never been with Astoria again. Storia has had any intersection.

Very good, very good.

And poor Blaise, I glanced at him, and he's been faking that perfect look again.

The author has something to say:

It's been a long time since I sent out candy, here I send one! ~

Brees and Astoria will not have any real progress, but this does not mean that he and Pencey will have more development

As for whether Astoria will be involved with the protagonists in the follow-up plot...it's hard to say~
