Puh!

It vomited the blood; the vomit was filled with the big pierces of its internal organs, which immediately made it pale, and its aura weakened faintly.

I have been fighting against it for nearly five minutes and have already exchanged more than a thousand moves, and I have to say, its body is quite resilient to keep up with the hidden energy for so long, which is not surprising considering it also practice a hybrid art like me.

"Your energy is really good, despite being weaker than my own energy; it was able to injure me to such a degree," Hegdo said as it wiped its bloody mouth with its hand.

"It is just a beginning; fight me more, and it will blast you from inside," I said with a big smile like I was telling it the good news and not describing a gruesome and painful way to die.

"So, little kitty, you should start running, or you won't get a chance in the future," I added. My words made it angry, so angry that it was literally shaking.

"You will soon pay the price for mocking me, human," It said, and storm lightning exploded out of its body. "I would very much like to see how you do that," I replied, remaining unfazed by the powerful aura that exploded out of its body.

"Riomdo's Rage!"

It shouted and came at me with such power that I felt like it was not a Grimm Monster but a storm itself coming at me. It is powerful and destructive that very few could stand against it.

I did not fear it; it did have the power to kill me, not to mention it was already dead. If I want to, I could kill it within a second, but it is not time. The real thing has yet to come, and till it appears, I will keep it alive.

I just hope I am not making a mistake. As I had said before, it could turn very badly for me, but it is the risk I have to take.

Its powerful stormlike attack clashed against me, barely able to shake me. It surprised it, but it did not let affect the battle as it launched another attack and then another. It is like, I am inside a lightning storm, getting attacked by the barrage of lightning every moment.

Hun!

As I was defending against it, I sensed Nero's battle ending, and the result couldn't help but surprise me. It is not the defeat of the flesh golem that had surprised me; there is nothing surprising about it; I know it would happen.

What surprised me was the way the battle had ended.

Nero has somehow entered inside the golem and eaten the necrotic core and soul core the moment the grey disc broke its connection. It would have been amazing if I had been able to get a body of the flesh golem, but that was just wishful thinking.

The bastards who made it didn't want to hand over its precious things to anyone. The moment Nero ate both cores, the golem self-destructed. They could do it without a necrotic core; just the explosion is weaker than when the necrotic core explodes.

Still, if one remained within ten meters distance of it, then it is powerful enough to kill them; even peak Grimms would survive the explosion.

Thankfully, Nero was able to take the grey disc before the golem exploded; those discs might be dangerous but also offer a great opportunity to those who are willing to take the risk.

Puh Puh Puh!

Another minute passed when Hegdo stopped again and began puking; this time, it was just a single pure but repeated one with big pieces of flesh sliding down its throat, and with each puke, its aura would weaken up slightly.

"Hegdo, you should run away; it had been quite a while since I have hunted the running Grimm," I said.

"Laugh, human, laugh; very soon, that laughter on your face is going to turn into the horror." It said and came at me with a powerful attack, despite its aura weakening.

My energies are wreaking havoc inside it; if it continues fighting me, it won't be able to survive more than ten minutes. If this Grimm did not have any option, it would have run away, but it has, and it is due to that, it is so confident in killing me.

Our weapons clashed fast, every attack of us powerful enough to spread shockwave for miles and create a crater and singe the earth.

It is a truly mighty opponent with such destructive power; very few human Grandmasters of Mid-level could contend against such power and kill it, considering its power is at the edge of the mid-level.

If I did not kill it, it wouldn't take it long to reach the peak of the Grandmaster class, and that would be a true disaster.

Suddenly a faint change appeared in my eyes, and the worried breath I had been holding on to since the battle began had been released. Now, I am very sure I will not die.

Forget dying. I will receive a greater reward, much greater if I succeed all the way.

"You guys are finally here!" The Lightning Leopardman shouted suddenly and stopped its attak midway. On its strained face, finally, a relaxed smile appeared, which seemed to take away the paleness of its body, though not the weakened aura.

"Hegdo, you looked like shit!" said a booming voice suddenly, and a moment later, a Grimm Appeared. An Apeman had its whole body covered in a shining white crystal.

It is Rock Apeman; they have black rock skin but the color changes when the bloodline appears. This bastard is quite powerful, even slightly stronger than the Lightning Leopard I am currently fighting.

"This human seemed to be beating you good," It said as it looked at me, but I did not even spare a glance at it. It is not the only one who has appeared; there is another Grimm Monster that is far more powerful, a peak Grimm Grandmaster.
