Hogwarts's Master of Mind

Chapter 390: The Headmaster's Office, Dumbledore's Funeral, and Molly's Sadness

In the headmaster's office of Hogwarts, four deans and professors gathered together, including Harry.

Horace replaced Snape as Head of Slytherin.

"What on earth did you and Dumbledore do?" asked Professor McGonagall.

"I am still following Dumbledore's orders, and I will not tell anyone." Harry refused to answer Professor McGonagall.

The office fell into silence, and then a green flame suddenly flickered in the fireplace, and Aiden walked out.

Harry saw that he couldn't bear it any longer, so he rushed forward and grabbed Aiden by the collar.

"Where are you! Why aren't you in school? If you were...if you were..." Harry yelled at Aiden.

"Dumbledore sent me to the Ministry of Magic. Amelia Bones might turn to the conservatives." Aiden's heterochromatic eyes were gentle and calm.

After hearing this, Harry loosened his grip on Aiden's collar and took a few steps back, "Sorry... I just..."

"It's okay." Aiden waved his hand.

"Has the Minister of Magic sided with the conservatives? This is a difficult matter." Horace, who had a keen political sense, discovered the problem.

"What do you mean?" Harry turned to look at him.

"This shows that the Ministry of Magic may be less willing to crack down on Death Eaters in the future." Horace glanced at Aiden and lowered his head.

"Okay, let outsiders solve the problems. Our problem now is what to do with Hogwarts next year!" Professor McGonagall stepped forward to preside over the meeting.

The four deans have different opinions on this.

"Hagrid?" Professor McGonagall asked Hagrid next to her for his opinion.

"Well, I'll stay,"

Hagrid's huge tears fell from the corners of his eyes and flowed down his messy beard.

"This is my home and has been since I was thirteen. If there are kids who want me to teach them, I will."

Hagrid's answer silenced the other professors and deans who wanted to leave.

"Don't worry about the funding. The board of directors will help." Aiden's words reassured them.

Then Amelia Bones was due to arrive, but Harry didn't want to see them and turned back to Gryffindor.

In the following days, many students were picked up by their parents in advance, but more people planned to stay and attend Dumbledore's funeral before leaving.

Many wizards rushed to Hogsmeade, waiting to say their final goodbyes to Dumbledore before leaving.

The last day of school was Dumbledore's funeral, which was held by the sunny lake.

On one side sat the teachers and students of Hogwarts, and on the other side sat wizards who came from all over the place.

Everyone took their seats, and sad music echoed in the sky.

The mermaids in the Black Lake spontaneously mourned for Dumbledore.

Hagrid carried Dumbledore's body and walked through the crowd step by step.

The wizards raised their wands and released the fluorescent spell. Countless fluorescent lights seemed to decorate the earth like a starry sky.

Hagrid placed Dumbledore on the white marble slab, and Aiden held the scroll and told the story of Dumbledore's great life.

"...With great regret, he has left us forever. To Dumbledore."

"To Dumbledore." The other wizards followed suit.

After Aiden finished his eulogy, white flames burst from the marble.

Everyone seemed to see a white phoenix flying in the sky above the flames.

When Harry saw this, tears could not stop flowing. There was no barrier between him and Voldemort anymore. The next moment was when he would face Voldemort directly.

The flames dissipated, and a white marble tomb appeared in front of them. Dumbledore's funeral ended here.

The term was over, and Harry and Hermione followed the Weasleys to the Burrow.

In the living room of the Burrow, everyone was silent. Harry looked at Ginny and hesitated for a long time.

"Ginny, let's break up." Harry suddenly made up his mind.

He was prepared for Ginny's yelling and scolding, and the Weasleys' disappointed and angry looks at him.

However, everything was not as he imagined.

"I understand, go ahead!" Ginny put her hand on the back of Harry's hand.

The understanding and love revealed in those six simple words were too much for Harry to bear. He could only get up and flee in embarrassment.

In the garden of the Burrow, Fleur and Bill were sitting on the swing holding hands.

"Yeah, that's great, Furong. You dealt with Aunt Molly so easily." A dragon with a funny expression popped up its head.

"Go." Bill raised his fist at Aiden. As an older brother who watched Aiden grow up, Bill naturally wouldn't hit him.

"It's over. You don't want a brother anymore since you have a partner." Aiden teased Bill.

Then he took out a pair of exquisite pendants and handed them to the two.

"A wedding gift to you in advance." Aiden smiled and congratulated the newlyweds.

"In advance, aren't you going to stay for our wedding?" Bill sensed the meaning of Aiden's words.

"I'm leaving, Bill, take good care of your aunt." Aiden closed his eyes slightly.

"Is it because of the You-Know-Who?" Bill accepted the necklace, and Fleur reached out and held her husband's hand.

"No, it's something bigger than that." Aiden turned his head.

He had already noticed Mrs. Molly standing behind the door and eavesdropping, and he turned back just to... say goodbye to her properly.

"I won't allow it!" Madam Molly came out angrily. "Forget about the mysterious man, but are you going to get involved in something more dangerous?"

Aiden looked at Mrs. Molly tenderly, and she was startled by Aiden's gaze.

He didn't know when his beloved nephew had grown up. He became extremely powerful and mysterious.

It seems...my wings can no longer protect them.

"We can move and build a new home somewhere else..." Mrs. Molly's hoarse voice touched the hearts of her children.

"If we back off, we'll have no home, aunt." Aiden opened his arms and gave a hug to the lady who had given everything for them.

"Thank you for your hard work over the years, aunt."

After doing this, Aiden turned around, magic wrapped around his body, and the space twisted under his will.

After a flash, Aiden disappeared into the Burrow.

On the fourth floor of the Burrow, Harry packed his luggage and prepared for his journey to destroy the Horcruxes.

"I'm leaving, Ron, Hermione. I won't be returning to Hogwarts next year. I'm going to follow Dumbledore's wishes and take that path."

Harry said goodbye to his two friends before parting.

"Don't even think about it, we will be with you wherever you go!" Hermione grabbed Harry.

"Of course, man, don't think about leaving us." Ron's eyes were equally determined.

"So, what do we do now?" Hermione asked.

"I will go back to the Dursleys. Dumbledore said I have to go again to make sure the protective spells on me are still intact. Then I will go look for the Horcruxes."

Harry glanced at the two of them, then returned to the Dursley House under Arthur's escort.
