Hogwarts's Master of Mind

Chapter 36: Capture, Confinement, and Recruitment

"Okay, let me play with this Norbert for the time being, and I'll ask my dad to help you deal with the dragon later." Draco was infected by Hagrid's joy and made a promise.

"You? How are you going to deal with it? You won't show up in the herb shop, will you?" Hermione retorted.

"No way, my family has shares in a dragon farm in Romania, so Norbert will be well taken care of." Draco assured, patting his chest.

Norbert's matter can come to an end for the time being. Several people got out of the suitcase. It was already late at night, and they decided to go back and rest.

At the door of the cottage, the joy had dissipated, and the peculiar grudges between Gryffindor and Slytherin surged into their hearts, and they began to dislike each other.

Aiden was too lazy to look at their awkward appearance, so he put on an Disillusionment Spell and left first.

Malfoy, Harry and the other two were walking slowly behind, the four of them chatting loudly on the road, successfully attracting the attention of a figure in the castle.

As they entered the castle gate, a lady holding a candle was watching them.

"Oh, shit," said Ron.

Several people followed his gaze and found Professor McGonagall standing on the steps.

The next day, one hundred and fifty points were missing from Gryffindor's trophy, and fifty points were also missing from Slytherin's trophy.

Originally Aiden thought that since he had dragged Draco into the water, there would be no accidents, but as expected, an accident still happened.

"What were you thinking? Strolling around at night and chatting loudly in front of the gate. Are you afraid that the patrolling professors won't be able to find you?" Aiden complained.

"We forgot," said Ron.

"This is terrible, I've brought shame upon Gryffindor. One hundred and fifty points, and I won't be able to get it back even if I add it up by the end of the term." This was Hermione.

"And worse, Professor McGonagall has punished us to patrol the Forbidden Forest with Hagrid until the end of the term." Harry covered his head as if this was very troublesome for him.

"Aiden, how on earth did you manage to go out for a night out without being discovered by the professors?" Hermione was a little curious.

“In fact, the professors don’t really mind us wandering around the castle at night, or rather, the school rules are not absolute.

I passed by professors many times with the Disillusionment Charm on, and as expected, they had discovered me, but they did not catch me. Perhaps the professors and students had reached some kind of tacit understanding. "

"What kind of tacit understanding? Can I get involved?" Ron said.

"The tacit understanding is that the professors will not stop capable young wizards from exploring the castle and pursuing the secrets of magic.

On the contrary, you can't even use the Disillusionment Charm properly, and you still want to go out at night, and you will be penalized." Aiden rolled his eyes.

"Ah ↘" * 3

Harry and the other three began their confinement punishment. Aiden carried his box to the Room of Requirement, ready to research some alchemical products for self-defense.

That day, he went to the eighth floor as usual and found a glove floating in front of the door of the Room of Requirement. The glove sensed Aiden's arrival and waved to him.

Aiden: “………”

The glove was extended towards him in a gesture for a handshake. Aiden knew who was looking for him and reached out to shake hands.

With a flash, Aiden was sent to the principal's office.

"? Isn't Apparition prohibited in Hogwarts?" Aiden looked at Dumbledore in surprise.

"Oh, this, this is an alchemical item I developed. It imitates the magic of house-elves and is not restricted by the Hogwarts counter-curse." Dumbledore was a little proud.

"I understand. If you have anything to say, just tell me."

Aiden didn't even need to use his abilities to know what this old bee was up to.

"Well, I checked the vice-principal's report. It seems that the school has recently established a duel association, but I didn't find any duel activities held in the school."

Dumbledore took a sip of pumpkin juice and looked at Aiden, his eyes asking him if he wanted a drink.

"Tea."

After receiving the reply, Dumbledore poured Aiden a cup of tea. Aiden took a sip and said, "Oh, so sweet."

"Well, this association has never held any activities in school, and it is impossible to hold them outside of school, so will it be held in some magical place?" Dumbledore winked at Aiden.

Aiden shuddered. "Well, professor, it is impossible for a wizard of your level not to feel the fluctuations of the hazy illusion. Or maybe the other three deans have noticed it and want to get involved, but they are too embarrassed to ask Professor Flitwick for help, right?"

"Oh, Aiden, you are such a smart boy."

Aiden rolled his eyes at him.

"So, what are you going to do? Professor Flitwick and I helped to build this dueling society."

Aiden held out his hand to Dumbledore and rubbed it.

"I just taught you the technique of the gloves. As for Professor Flitwick, he has been coveting my spell research records for a long time."

"Okay, I'll go get someone later, but I have to choose them."

"Of course, this is the president's right, isn't it?" Dumbledore got a satisfactory answer and no longer tried to keep Aiden.

Aiden came out of the principal's office with a small bottle in his hand, which contained a strand of silver-white silk thread.

"Well, that's how your Legilimency master teaches people. It's a good thing to learn." Aiden complained.

After walking up the spiral staircase, Aiden arrived at the door of the Gryffindor dormitory, but was stopped by a password.

Aiden had no choice but to wait in front of the door for the Gryffindor students to come out. Just then, George and Fred came running around the corner of the corridor, playing and fighting.

"Oh, Aiden, why are you here?" Fred stepped forward and put his arm around Aiden's left shoulder.

"Is there a girl you like? Do you want us to send you a love letter? It only costs five knives." George put his arm around Aiden's right shoulder.

“No.” Aiden stretched out his hands and scratched each of them, but the twins quickly dodged.

"Please call Ron and Harry for me...and Hermione too."

Aiden hesitated for a moment, thinking that the iron triangle should be complete, so he took Hermione with him.

"Oh, Hermione." George spotted the blind spot.

Fred held out his hand to Aiden, "Since you're our youngest brother, this time it's free."

"It's not a love letter, and why would Harry and Ron be included on the date?" Aiden said angrily.

"He's anxious." George looked at Fred.

"Who knows what you guys are playing." Fred also looked at George.

"You bastards." Aiden Hongwen.

"Hahahaha." The twins laughed and ran into Gryffindor.

In the common room, Aiden was too busy fooling around with the two men.

By chance, Harry, Ron and Hermione were all in the common room, and Aiden walked up to say hello.

"Aiden?" * 3

"Okay, I have something to ask you. Do you want to learn wizard dueling?"

"Dueling, cool, where can I learn it?" Ron was the first to respond.

"Is it the kind where you cast spells at each other? I want to learn it." Harry was also interested.

"But we know too few spells." Hermione was a little unconfident.

"So you have to learn. It will help you master the spells while also training your practical skills. Do you want to come?" Aiden suppressed their doubts.

"Learn." * 3

"Okay, sign this invitation to sell yourself."

Aiden took out three invitations and the three of them wrote their names on them.

"The contract is established. You will keep the invitation letter. Do not violate the restrictions on the invitation letter. It is an unbreakable oath. The event will be held every Thursday night. Remember to go to bed early on that day."

After saying that, Aiden left without looking back.
