Hogwarts's Master of Mind

Chapter 312 Newt's Workshop, Jacob's Arrival

Newt returned the way he had come and saw Aiden sitting on a stone bench, swinging his legs.

"Back?" Aiden looked at him.

“Let the poor guy go.” Newt pointed at the agent who was still walking in circles.

"Oh, I almost forgot about him."

"Snap," Aiden snapped his fingers, and the agent walked to the stone bench. Aiden stood up to make room for him, and he fell asleep on the stone bench.

"Come on, follow me to my house first." Newt pulled Aiden up and rushed to his home.

"Why do you think Dumbledore can't go to Paris by himself?" Newt and Aiden discussed on the way.

"Maybe it's because he can't confront Grindelwald head-on." Aiden quietly told Newt the truth.

"Why is he...uh?" Newt felt the pressure of time and space squeezing him.

“Well, I can’t really get an answer from you.” Newt stopped asking questions and changed the subject.

Sure enough, the unknown pressure dissipated immediately.

"What about you? Why did you come back from the future?" Newt asked.

"Promotion." Aiden said as a matter of course.

"What is promotion?" Newt felt more and more confused the more he asked.

"You can think of it as a way for me to become stronger." Aiden winked at Newt.

"Yeah, time travel has happened before, so it's not surprising that one has to go to a specific place to become stronger." Newt thought about it and accepted Aiden's explanation.

In fact, it was Newt's amazing intuition that told him this was the correct answer.

The two of them walked all the way to Newt's house, where the sound of ping-pong could be heard.

"Was your house robbed?" Aiden looked at Newt.

Newt handed the box to Aiden, quickly took out the key and opened the door.

Inside the room, a group of Nifflers were looting metal products in Newt's house.

One even climbed up Aiden's clothes and onto his neck, trying to take away the system on his neck.

Newt cut this idea off before trying it, otherwise Aiden would still like to see what the system would look like when stuffed into a Niffler bag.

"Heh." A sneer sounded in the void, and Aiden put away his smile.

Newt ran in, picked up the Nifflers in the room one by one, and prepared to enter the taming garden he had set up inside the room.

However, he suddenly heard the sound of a wine bottle falling behind him, and turned around.

A Niffler struggling to pull the cork on a bottle of champagne.

Xiao Xiuxiu exerted force and pulled the cork open, but was simultaneously blown away by the impact of opening the champagne bottle.

Aiden hooked his wand, and the sprayed wine stopped in the air and flowed back.

“Bunti, the Nifflers are out!” Newt grabbed a few Nifflers and walked down.

Aiden placed the champagne, smelled it, and sealed it with magic. It seemed that he could have Newt's good wine with dinner.

Following Newt into his studio, the room was transformed into an incredibly spacious space by the Traceless Extension Spell.

At the bottom of the corridor, Newt was chatting with a woman.

"I'm sorry, I guess I let them escape when I was cleaning the cage of the Augurey." Bunty apologized to Newt.

"It's okay, don't worry." Newt went straight to the bottom floor.

"I've fed them all, given Pinky nasal drops, and Elsie's stools are normal," Bunty reported to Newt.

"Okay, then you can go home now." Newt held the moon beasts and applied eye drops to them.

"Oh, who is this, your child?" Bangti suddenly saw the silver-haired dragon man leaning on the railing.

“No, look at his dragon horns, which are the unique mark of the Prewett family.” Newt explained.

"Oh, sorry."

"It's fine."

Then Newt jumped into the water and pulled the kobold out of the water.

The entire lake water surged up and submerged Newt's workshop on the bottom floor, but the magical thing was that the water did not overflow the stone pillars on both sides.

Newt rode the Kelpie to the shore and Bunty handed him medicine.

"If you dare to bite Bunty again, you'll be in trouble." Newt scolded the Kelpie, but it rubbed against Newt like a spoiled child.

Suddenly, there was a sound of rummaging in the attic of Newt's house.

"What is that?" Bangti looked up.

Newt carefully pulled out his wand and dried himself.

"Bunti, you have to go back quickly and use the Floo Network. Aiden, help me!" Newt ordered quickly.

The three of them went their separate ways.

Aiden and Newt, wands in hand, crept behind the doorframe.

But a certain Dreamweaver's wide field of perception already knew who was coming, so he simply put away his wand.

"You?" Newt saw Aiden put away his wand and knew that it was probably safe up there.

So he just opened the door and walked out.

Jacob was found holding his crockery with Queenie pulling him behind him.

"Newt!" Seeing Newt, Jacob stretched out his hands and jogged to give him a hug.

"Oh, and you too, little dragon." Jacob also gave Aiden a hug.

"I hope you don't mind, we got inside by ourselves and it's raining hard outside."

Queenie took off her coat and Jacob's coat and hung them on the hanger.

“But shouldn’t you have forgotten what happened before?” Newt asked curiously.

"Roar." Jacob covered his mouth and laughed happily.

“It doesn’t work on me, buddy, and you said it, the potion only erases bad memories.

This... this angel brought my memory back to me, so here we are."

Jacob's smile was a little strange, and Queenie immediately rushed up to catch him, and he kept rubbing Queenie's neck.

Unfortunately, Newt didn't notice any of this and congratulated the two, "This is really great."

"That may not be the case." Aiden looked into Queenie's eyes, and she subconsciously avoided Aiden's sight.

"This...Tina?" Newt walked out to see if there was anyone outside the door.

"Well, but there are only two of us here, Jacob and I." Queenie didn't dare to look at Aiden and quickly looked away.

"Oh." Newt sighed softly, a little disappointed.

"Then I'll make you something to eat," Queenie suggested.

"Okay!" Jacob's deep voice came.

After a while, Queenie prepared a sumptuous dinner.

She kindly helped Jacob sit down and tied a napkin for him.

"Tini hasn't been talking to me much lately." She took a moment to glance at Newt and Aiden.

"What's wrong?" Newt leaned his head against the dining table.

"Well, you know, she found out I've been seeing Jacob, and she doesn't like it, because of the rules."

Queenie served the food and helped Jacob cut up the tough food to prevent him from choking.

"You're not allowed to date No-Maj's, you're not allowed to marry No-Maj's, balabalabala."

Queenie shook her head as she cut.

"And she seems to be very upset about you." Queenie smiled at Newt.

"Me?" Newt asked puzzled.

"Because you're engaged. It's written in "Bewildered", the marriage between Newt Scamander, the hero who captured Grindelwald, and Leta Lestrange..."

Queenie waved her wand and a magazine flew out of their luggage, automatically rewinding to Newt's page.

"That wasn't me, it was my brother who was engaged to Leta," Newt explained.

"Oh, dear..." Queenie's eyes suddenly dimmed and she looked at the ground awkwardly.
