Learn magic in Harry Potter

Chapter 38: Calling on God for Protection

In the library, Wright was flipping through the notebook given by Snape in the reading area. There were a large number of reference books next to the table.

Blood is the product of the integration of soul and body. In ancient black magic, blood is also used to convert the soul and body into blood, thereby obtaining blood with powerful magic power.

Blood can also be used in reverse to benefit the soul and body, thus achieving a therapeutic effect.

Seeing this, Wright couldn't help but rub his eyes which had been reading for too long.

"No wonder Voldemort could continue to divide souls and create Horcruxes, and even completely revive with only a remnant of his soul. It seems that he has found a way to use powerful magical blood to repair his soul."

"Then we can probably understand the principle of Snape's Shadowless Strike. It destroys the connection between the soul and the body, allowing the vitality (blood) to leak out without limit."

"So the damage caused by the Shadowless Divine Blade cannot be repaired, because the person who was hit is in a state of no injury. It's more like a person who is born with a disability."

"And precisely because there is no need for treatment, no matter how much treatment is given, it will be useless. So we need to cast a counter-spell and restore the link between the two."

Wright closed his densely written notebook. This book given by Snape was very precious. It recorded dozens of methods of extracting blood and analyzing blood magic. It could be said to be all that Snape had learned in his life.

It has completely constructed a system that uses blood as the basis to connect the soul and the body, as well as a system of spells.

"It's true that comparison makes one feel nauseous. Others have built their own magic system at a young age, but what about me? I'm still scratching my head over learning black magic." Wright sighed.

In the afternoon, Wright arrived at Snape's office on time.

After Snape opened the door and let Light in, he kept staring at him.

"What's wrong, Professor?" Wright said unnaturally.

"I won't teach you potions today. I'm going to teach you a spell. Come with me!" After saying that, Snape went out first.

Light followed Snape to an abandoned classroom.

"Today I'm going to teach you 'Expecto Patronus'. After you learn it, I'll check on you at any time." Snape stared at Wright with empty eyes.

"Okay, I understand." Wright responded obediently, thinking to himself: "If the random inspection doesn't work, just use the magic sword to chop me into pieces, right!"

"The key to releasing this spell is to focus and think about the happiest things."

"This magic is usually used to deal with Dementors, and it can also be used to deliver messages. But it has another use for me."

"This magic represents that one's heart will not be polluted." Snape said with a smile on his face.

Wright saw a smile on the gloomy face and couldn't help but break out in a cold sweat on his back.

Snape is very professional, and he must have an extraordinary understanding of this magic.

This kind of high-end magic in white magic can be released by ordinary people with difficulty, but Snape can explain it in detail from the Happy Charm to the Patronus.

The more Wright listened, the more he understood, and for a moment he had the illusion that calling upon the divine patronus was easy.

"Release it for me! It's not difficult for you to extract happy memories." Snape stared at Wright.

"Okay, okay!" Looking at Snape's eyes, Wright knew that the other party already knew that he could perform Occlumency.

Wright fell into memory, recalling his life twice.

In my previous life, I didn’t seem to be very happy!

Born in a traditional family, my parents wanted me to be successful. I studied and studied until I was 18, but I was not a smart person and I just barely made it to university.

After college, I randomly chose a major, spent four years aimlessly, became an ordinary office worker, got a random girlfriend, and ended up in a mess.

What an empty and boring life.

My first feeling after traveling through time was not, "I am alive, I am very excited." Instead, I felt depressed that I had to go through it all again.

It was not until I received the information from the stone tablet and learned that there was wonderful magic here that I felt excited and happy.

The excitement of receiving the acceptance letter from Hogwarts, the shock of seeing Hogwarts for the first time, the enthusiasm of Halloween, and the joy of receiving gifts at Christmas.

It’s great to be here.

"Call upon God for protection!" Light waved his magic wand, and countless silver gases floated out from the tip of the wand. A circle of silver-white light spots spread out around Light, gathering into a bird-shaped phantom, and then dispersed into light spots again.

"Yes, it has already taken shape. The next step is to continue to train it so that the patronus can be fully formed."

"You don't have to come tomorrow! Come every Saturday night." Seeing that Light was close to successfully releasing the Patronus, Snape nodded with a little satisfaction.

"Okay! Professor Snape!" Snape waited for Light to finish speaking before leading the way out of the abandoned classroom.

"Who is it? Come out!" Snape suddenly shouted coldly when he took Wright to a remote corner.

"Come out, I've seen you!" Snape pointed his wand at the darkness at the corner.

"I, I, I, come out. Don't be impulsive." Snape looked at the timid Quirrell who came out.

"Why are you hiding in the dark! Do you want to attack me?" Snape asked coldly.

"I'm not, I'm just passing by. I don't have any ideas." Quirrell stammered in denial.

"I know your purpose, and I won't let you succeed! You are too deliberate, both the troll and your performance." Snape said as he gradually approached Quirrell with his wand.

"What troll, what performance, I don't know what you mean." Quirrell explained as he staggered back.

"You know what I mean! Your little tricks can't satisfy me." Snape sneered, and the tip of his wand gradually glowed.

When Quirrell heard Snape's words, he said nothing. He just kept backing away trembling, just like a villain oppressing innocent NPCs.

Wright looked at this weird scene and the corners of his mouth twitched unconsciously.

Just as Snape was about to continue forcing Quirrell, he seemed to have discovered something and his eyes began to dart around.

Finally, he withdrew his gaze, warned Quirrell, who was almost cornered, and hurriedly took Wright away.

"Is Qi Luo stuck again? Come to me for a guide? However, this scene is a bit melodramatic and weird. Could it be...?"

Light, who was following Snape, looked back and found a corner not far from Quirrell.

A figure appeared out of nowhere, it was Harry wearing an invisibility cloak.

Seeing Harry appear, Wright was shocked. This must be a conspiracy, there must be something fishy going on!

"What's wrong!" Snape seemed to sense that something was wrong with Wright!

"It's okay, Professor! I'm just checking on Professor Quirrell." Wright gave a fake smile.

"Don't worry about him, he's suspicious." Snape replied coldly.

"Okay, Professor! I understand."
