Chapter 315 Purpose of the Plan

Dumbledore, who was wise and far-sighted enough, did not deny Wright's deduction, but instead agreed with it.

And try to propose appropriate solutions to the dilemma of resource scarcity:

"We could make fewer wands, or reuse wands..."

"No, the process of magical creatures' extinction is irreversible. It's just a matter of time!"

Wright interrupted Dumbledore's obviously optimistic plan and continued to explain:

"As the Muggle population increases, so too will the number of half-bloods."

"The increase in the number of wizards means that resources will be squeezed, making it more likely that conflicts will break out!"

"And battles between wizards will further damage and destroy wands."

"You know, the difference between casting with a staff and casting without a staff is huge."

"What's worse is that there is a problem with the compatibility of the wand!"

"This also means that in the case of non-customization, the number of wands in stock must be greater than the number of wizards."

"Under this series of events, no one can prevent the extinction of magical creatures!"

After listening to Wright's explanation, Dumbledore suddenly felt unwell.

What was supposed to be just an interesting student conversation has now turned into a matter of life and death for the wizarding world.

Moreover, in his opinion, the problem of resource scarcity is likely to be unavoidable in the future of the wizarding world.

Once it develops to the end, every existence and every group may be an enemy!

Purebloods, half-bloods, Ministry of Magic secrecy, wizarding cultism...

They would tie ordinary wizards to their chariots for various reasons, plunder resources and fight for them.

Just like the Muggle world war, it is a competition for survival resources and is completely unavoidable.

After thinking for a long time, Dumbledore swallowed and asked in a dry voice: "What do you think?"

"Do you want to start the resource competition in advance?"

"Or should we first control the power of spellcasting through the 'Forbidden Magic Circle' to avoid a possible war?"

"That's partly the reason, but it's mostly to pave the way for another bigger plan."

Wright still did not answer Dumbledore directly, but instead told him another plan:

"Magic Realm Plan!"

Ignoring Dumbledore's attitude, Wright began to explain:

"I will connect to the Ministry of Magic's Floo Network through the 'Forbidden Magic Circle' and scan the entire Britain."

"Collect all the spatial data and use it to prepare for the development of a space suitable for the growth of magical animals and plants."

"Then use the information collected in the Wand Registration Act to absorb the magic power in the wizards."

"On the premise of maintaining the normal operation of the magic mirror space, continue to open up new spaces."

"Recruit suitable talents through the Ministry of Magic and carry out targeted training of magical animals and plants."

“And this space nurtured by wizards will become a pure land for magical animals and plants.”

"It will also be the final base for all wizards."

After hearing Wright's plan, Dumbledore was not as happy as he had imagined, but full of worries:

"But, in this way, the safety of the wizards themselves cannot be guaranteed, and their magic power may be drained for no reason."

"Besides, no wizard would willingly allow his magic power to be drained away."

Wright was delighted when he heard Dumbledore's question.

He knew that Old Deng had been convinced, but he was still not reassured, so he continued to add:

"I have thought of these problems a long time ago. I will use the magic space to transform the Ministry of Magic's Floo Network.

"Thus, we can build a magic network that can cover the entire country."

"Magic power can only be extracted on the magic network."

"And the amount extracted will also be nailed to half of the wizard's magic power."

"Whether you are willing or not is entirely up to you!"

"If you are willing to have your magic power absorbed, I will pay the wizard who provides the magic power, although it won't be too high."

"But it can meet the needs of life, at least to maintain basic life."

"As long as ordinary wizards are willing to work, plus the basic salary I provide, they can live a decent life."

"Even if they don't want to work, ordinary wizards can make a living simply by selling magic power."

"Magic is the result of the labor of ordinary wizards!"

Seeing Dumbledore nodding his head frequently, Wright knew that he was ready to agree to his plan.

Just when he was about to breathe a sigh of relief, Dumbledore began to ask questions again:

"What if some powerful Death Eaters took away the control center directly?"

"Or maybe some dark wizards kidnap ordinary wizards and force them to provide magic power..."

Dumbledore didn't finish his words, but Wright could understand the meaning:

"The authority over the magic space and magic network will be handed over to the Ministry of Magic for management and will not fall into the hands of any individual!"

"As for the problem of criminals, I can only say that we should strengthen our defenses. After all, kidnapping and extortion have always existed."

"Even without this reform, it would still happen!"

Dumbledore didn't say anything after hearing this, as if he agreed, but he still refused to move and leave.

Wright also understood his biggest concern and could only say helplessly:

"As for Voldemort, Professor, you don't have to worry about him at all. He is just a relic of the old times!"

"Really? Don't be afraid that I'm bragging. I don't take him seriously at all."

"He is so ridiculous. He never understands where his power comes from."

"Until now, they still blindly hold on to the so-called pure-blood doctrine to attract others to follow them."

"But he ignored a hidden force in the dark that has been silently supporting his crazy actions."

"What do you mean, besides the pure-blood family, there is a hidden force supporting him?"

After hearing the information given by Light, Dumbledore's brows, which had originally relaxed, frowned again.

Ignoring Dumbledore's turbulent mood, Wright directly told the truth about the hidden power:

"The lower-level wizards, those who have no special skills and can only rely on their wands and spellcasting abilities."

"They are the important source of Death Eaters and Dark wizards, and they are also the most loyal to Voldemort."

"When facing them, simply arresting them is useless as long as their livelihood problems are not solved."

"It will be the first, second, third, and countless wizards like this to follow Voldemort."

"Because they have no choice, they can only survive by plundering other people's resources."

After Wright pointed it out, Dumbledore immediately understood.

In essence, the Wizarding War is about poor wizards who have nothing plundering wizards who have assets.
