Above the heaven, clouds and mists linger, and magnificent palaces are hidden in the sky, like a fairyland. However, beneath this peaceful and tranquil appearance, an unprecedented storm is quietly brewing.

Sun Wukong was trapped under the Five Finger Mountain after causing havoc in the Heavenly Palace 500 years ago. After enduring wind, frost, rain and snow, he was finally rescued by Monk Tang and set out on the journey to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures. However, the rebelliousness in his heart and his desire for freedom have never really subsided.

One day, the master and his disciples were walking to a desolate mountain. Suddenly, they heard a roar from the sky, like thunder and lightning, but with a more ominous tone. Wukong looked up and saw dark clouds covering the sky and blocking the sun. A powerful pressure poured down from the clouds, suffocating people.

"Master, there seems to be an evil spirit!" Wukong flashed and stood in front of Tang Seng, holding the golden cudgel tightly in his hand, his eyes as sharp as torches.

Tang Seng clasped his hands together, chanted the scriptures, and said: "Wukong, please do not act rashly. We are the ones who are seeking scriptures, so we should be compassionate."

Wukong frowned, but did not dare to disobey his master's orders, so he had to be on guard in secret.

Above the clouds, Taishang Laojun stood beside the Bagua furnace, staring at everything below. His face was kind, but his eyes flashed with unknown cunning.

"Sun Wukong, although you have converted to Buddhism, your rebellious heart has never changed." Taishang Laojun stroked his long beard and sneered, "Today, I will let you taste the power of my Bagua furnace!"

After saying that, he waved his hand, and a golden light shot out from the furnace, turning into a fire dragon, roaring and pouncing towards Sun Wukong.

Seeing this, Wukong shouted loudly, and the golden hoop instantly grew larger and hit him head-on. The two forces collided in the air, erupting with a deafening roar that shook the entire valley.

However, Taishang Laojun's cultivation was unfathomable. Instead of being dispersed, the fire dragon became even more ferocious, forcing Wukong to retreat again and again.

Seeing the critical situation, Wukong was furious, and he knew that he could not just sit there and wait for death. So, he used the magic of heaven and earth, and his body suddenly grew into a giant, holding a huge golden hoop, and smashed towards Taishang Laojun's Bagua furnace.

"Hmph, you mere monkey, dare you be so presumptuous in front of me!" Taishang Laojun snorted coldly, formed seals with his hands, and suddenly flames shot up into the sky from the Bagua furnace. Countless flames turned into sharp blades and attacked Wukong.

Wukong was agile, dodging left and right, and swinging his golden cudgel like a dragon, defeating the flaming blades one by one. But even so, he felt a lot of pressure, as the Bagua furnace seemed to have endless power, making it difficult for him to resist.

"Master, you guys hurry up and leave!" While fighting, Wukong turned back and shouted to Tang Seng.

Tang Seng was extremely anxious when he saw this, but he knew that he could not become a burden to Wukong, so he took Bajie and Sha Seng and quickly evacuated to a distant place.

As the battle continued, Wukong's physical strength gradually depleted, and his hair began to burn yellow, obviously eroded by the flames of the Bagua furnace. But he did not give up, because he knew that if he fell, his master and fellow disciples would be left without protection.

At this moment, a thought suddenly flashed through his mind - why was he fighting? Was it for freedom? Or to protect his master and fellow apprentices?

"I, Sun Wukong, was born to fight! But the purpose of fighting is by no means meaningless killing and hatred!" Wukong's mind suddenly became clear, and he understood his true mission.

So, he put away the art of controlling the heaven and earth, and his body returned to its original state, but the fire in his eyes became even hotter. He took a deep breath, gathered all his strength on the golden hoop, and then threw it violently. The golden hoop turned into a golden light, soaring into the sky and hitting the Bagua furnace directly.

With a loud bang, the Bagua furnace was hit by the golden hoop and instantly shattered into pieces, with flames splashing everywhere. Taishang Laojun was also shocked by this powerful force and retreated repeatedly, his face pale.

After the battle, the sky cleared up again, and the sun shone all over the earth. Wukong stood there, gasping for breath, but his eyes were unusually firm.

Taishang Laojun walked forward slowly and looked at Wukong with both surprise and admiration in his eyes.

"Sun Wukong, you really didn't disappoint me." Taishang Laojun said in a deep voice, "You not only have great power, but also have the courage to face yourself and change."

Wukong smiled and said, "Taishang Laojun, although there are grievances between you and me, today's battle has made me understand a lot. A truly strong person does not conquer everything by force, but uses wisdom and courage to resolve conflicts and protect others."

Taishang Laojun nodded in agreement after hearing this. He waved his hand, and a golden light enveloped Wukong, instantly healing his injuries.

"From now on, I hope you can continue to use your strength and wisdom to contribute to the peace of the Three Realms." Taishang Laojun said earnestly.

Wukong nodded gratefully, then flashed back to Tang Seng. The four masters and apprentices smiled at each other and continued their journey to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures.

At this point, a thrilling battle came to an end. The grudge between Sun Wukong and Taishang Laojun was resolved, and he also achieved self-transcendence and growth in this battle. The road ahead is still long, but with this awareness and strength, he believes that he will be able to protect his master and fellow apprentices, successfully obtain the true scriptures, and achieve the right result.

The four masters and apprentices continued their journey westward, but the challenges on the road did not decrease because of their victory. On the contrary, as they gradually approached the West, the monsters they encountered became more and more powerful, as if an unknown force was secretly controlling them.

One day, they came to a dark forest, surrounded by strange fog, and even the sun could not penetrate. Tang Seng was suspicious and was about to ask Wukong to explore the way. Suddenly, the ground shook and a huge monster rushed out from the ground, blocking their way.

This monster has the shape of a lion, but has wings, red eyes, and spews flames from its mouth. It is the legendary "Blazing Lion King".

"Hmph, who is this fool who dares to disturb my meditation?" The Blazing Lion King roared, his huge body making the air around him tremble.

Seeing this, Wukong was not afraid at all. He flashed and jumped in front of the monster, waving his golden hoop and engaging in a fierce battle with the Blazing Lion King. However, the monster was very powerful, and its flame attack was extremely powerful. Wukong could not gain the upper hand for a while.

Seeing Wukong in a tough fight, Tang Seng was anxious, but he knew he had to stay calm. He looked around and found a strange plant growing in the forest. Its leaves were like swords, flashing a faint blue light, and seemed to have a natural inhibitory effect on fire.

"Wukong, wait a minute!" Tang Seng shouted loudly, and at the same time signaled Bajie and Sha Seng to collect those strange plants.

Although Bajie and Sha Seng didn't understand why, they acted quickly and soon collected a large number of blue light plants. Tang Seng quickly crushed the plants and made a blue liquid, which he gave to Wukong.

"Wukong, sprinkle this thing on the golden cudgel, maybe it can help you." said Tang Seng.

Wukong took the blue liquid and although he had doubts in his heart, he still did as he was told. Sure enough, when the golden hoop was covered with blue liquid and swung again, it could easily penetrate the flames of the Blazing Lion King and hit its body directly.

The Blazing Lion King cried out in pain and retreated violently, his eyes full of disbelief. Wukong took advantage of the situation and chased him, eventually knocking him to the ground with a stick, completely losing his fighting ability.

After the battle, the Blazing Lion King lay on the ground, his eyes full of despair. However, at this moment, a mysterious figure suddenly appeared in front of everyone. It was an old man in a black robe, with a kind face and deep wisdom in his eyes.

"You have done very well." The old man smiled and said, "The Blazing Lion King was originally my guardian, but he went astray due to greed. Today's battle is both a test for you and a redemption for him."

After saying this, the old man waved his hand lightly, and the evil aura on the Blazing Lion King instantly dissipated. It transformed back into a docile spirit beast, snuggling up to the old man.

"I am the guardian of the Buddha in the West, Galan, and I have come to guide you on your journey." The old man continued, "The road ahead is still long, and you will encounter more challenges and trials. But remember, true strength does not only come from force and magic, but also from inner wisdom and courage."

The four masters and apprentices nodded their heads when they heard this. They knew that this unexpected battle not only won them the victory, but also taught them how to stay calm and use wisdom to solve problems when facing difficulties.

So, they set out on their journey again, full of confidence and hope. They knew that as long as they had Buddha, love and wisdom in their hearts, nothing could stop them from moving forward.
