Black Myth! Wukong kills gods and Buddhas!

Chapter 21 Thunder God and Lightning Mother 4

Wukong caused havoc in the Heavenly Palace, and the Jade Emperor was furious. He sent heavenly soldiers to encircle and suppress the Flower-Fruit Mountain. Wukong showed his power and was invincible. The heavenly soldiers retreated one after another. The Jade Emperor then sent Lei Gong and Dian Mu, holding magical weapons and leading the thunder gods, to slay the evil monkey.

Lei Gong rode a black dragon, holding a giant hammer, and Dian Mu rode a purple lightning, holding two maces, and led all the gods to the Flower-Fruit Mountain. Upon hearing the news, Wukong laughed and came out, standing on the clouds, holding a golden hoop, shining with golden light and awe-inspiring.

Lei Gong shouted angrily: "Monkey Wukong, you dare to go against the will of heaven, today is your doom!" Wukong sneered: "Old Jade Emperor, you are incompetent and only know how to bully others. If you don't retreat, don't blame me for being ruthless!"

After saying this, Wukong waved his golden cudgel, which turned into thousands of cudgel shadows and rushed straight to Lei Gong. Lei Gong swung his hammer to meet him, and the two weapons collided, roaring to the sky, and golden light and lightning intertwined, illuminating the sky. Seeing this, Dian Mu took out her two maces at the same time, which turned into electric snakes and wrapped around Wukong. Wukong was agile, dodging left and right, and waved his golden cudgel like a dragon, dispersing the electric snakes one by one.

Seeing this, all the gods came forward to help. Wukong fought alone against many people without fear. Wherever the golden hoop rod went, wind and thunder were stirred, and all the ghosts and gods were frightened. Seeing this, Lei Gong and Dian Mu were furious and used all their strength. Lei Gong swung his giant hammer, thunder rumbled, and Dian Mu's two maces flew, lightning flashed. Between heaven and earth, it seemed that there was only this endless storm and thunder.

Wukong was not to be outdone, and his golden cudgel danced faster and faster, turning into a golden ocean. His body was as fast as lightning, shuttling between storms and thunder, sometimes leaping up to the clouds, sometimes diving into the ground, making it difficult for the gods to predict him. Although Lei Gong and Dian Mu were strong, they could not do anything to Wukong.

When the battle was at its most intense, Wukong suddenly came up with a plan. He suddenly leaped high into the sky, pointed his golden hoop at the sky, and shouted loudly: "The sky is high and the earth is vast, feel my power!" After that, he used all his magic power, and the golden hoop turned into a golden light, rushing straight into the sky. Lei Gong and Dian Mu were shocked when they saw this, and hurriedly urged their magic soldiers to intercept it. However, the golden light was unstoppable, and it instantly penetrated the clouds and rushed straight to the sky.

Suddenly, the sky was filled with wind and clouds, lightning and thunder. The Jade Emperor was horrified and ordered the immortals to rescue him. However, the golden light was already riding a tiger, and no one could stop it. There was a loud noise, and a huge mouth appeared in the sky as if it was torn apart. Golden light came out of the huge mouth and turned into stars in the sky and sprinkled on the earth.

The God of Thunder and the Goddess of Lightning were so frightened by this sudden change that they were scared out of their wits. They retreated and dared not take another step forward. Wukong stood on the clouds and laughed loudly: "Old Jade Emperor! If you dare to invade my Flower-Fruit Mountain again, I will make you die!"

After saying this, he put away his golden hoop and turned to leave. However, at this moment, the huge mouth above the nine heavens suddenly burst out with an extremely powerful force and swallowed Wukong whole. Seeing this, the gods were all horrified and speculated whether Wukong was dead or alive.

However, Wukong did not die. He was brought to a mysterious place by the power. It was filled with clouds and mist, and seemed like a fairyland isolated from the world. Wukong looked around and saw all around him were exotic flowers, rare birds and animals.

He was puzzled: "Where is this? Why was I brought here?" Just as he was thinking, he suddenly heard a melodious song. He looked in the direction of the sound and saw a fairy in colorful clothes and holding a flower basket slowly walking towards him. The fairy had a beautiful face and elegant temperament, as if she had walked out of a painting.

Wukong stepped forward and bowed, asking, "Excuse me, fairy, where is this place? Why am I here?" The fairy smiled and said, "This is a secret place above the nine heavens called 'Penglai Fairyland'. You are the one destined by heaven, so I was brought here."

Wukong was even more puzzled after hearing this: "What does destiny mean?" The fairy explained: "You were originally a spirit stone born by heaven and earth, and it took countless years for you to transform into a human form. You are kind-hearted and hate evil, so you were chosen by heaven to protect the peace of the three realms. However, you are unruly and difficult to tame, so the Jade Emperor wanted to get rid of you as soon as possible. However, your fate was not to end, so you were brought here to accept the test and tempering of heaven."

Wukong suddenly realized what was going on: "So that's how it is! Then how can I pass this test and tempering?" The fairy said: "You need to practice quietly here and comprehend the true meaning of the way of heaven. When you have achieved great success, you will understand everything."

So Wukong began his journey of cultivation in the fairyland of Penglai. Every day he would sit in meditation, practice martial arts, appreciate the scenery, or taste the fairy fruit. As the days passed, his cultivation became more and more advanced.

However, the road of cultivation is not smooth. Wukong often encounters various difficulties and challenges. Sometimes he encounters ferocious monsters that attack him; sometimes he encounters strange illusions that confuse him; sometimes he encounters powerful opponents and fights with him. However, no matter what difficulties and challenges he encounters, Wukong never gives up his beliefs and pursuits. He always believes that he can overcome all difficulties and challenges and become a true guardian of the peace of the three realms.

Finally one day, Wukong's cultivation reached an unprecedented height. Not only could he easily defeat those ferocious monsters and powerful opponents, he could also see through those strange illusions and find the flaws in them; he could also comprehend the true meaning of the way of heaven and master the mysteries therein.

One day, the fairy came to him again and said, "Wukong, your cultivation has reached perfection and you can leave Penglai and return to Huaguo Mountain." Wukong was overjoyed and thanked the fairy and prepared to leave. However, when he was about to leave, he suddenly felt reluctant to leave. He looked back at the fairyland that had accompanied him through countless days and nights, and his heart was filled with emotion and nostalgia.

The fairy seemed to see through his thoughts and said, "Wukong, although you have left Penglai Fairyland, your heart will remain here forever. The fate between you and this fairyland is not over, and there will be a day when you meet again in the future." Upon hearing this, Wukong felt a warm current in his heart, nodded gratefully, and then resolutely embarked on the journey back to Huaguo Mountain.

When he returned to Huaguo Mountain, he saw monkeys all over the mountain cheering and welcoming his return. They gathered around him and excitedly told him what had happened during this period. Wukong was filled with warmth and happiness as he listened to their stories. He knew that no matter where he went, Huaguo Mountain would always be his warmest harbor and his most solid support.

From then on, Wukong led the monkeys in Huaguo Mountain to live a peaceful and happy life. They were no longer harassed by the heavenly soldiers and no longer had to struggle for survival. They enjoyed the gifts of nature and lived a carefree life. In the process, Wukong gradually grew into a more mature, stable and responsible leader. He interpreted the true meaning of protection and responsibility with his actions and won the respect and love of all the monkeys.
