Chapter 23 The Bat-Lamp Lights Up
Chapter 23 The Bat Light Is On
Shadow Spider just sat down.
Bruce had already spoken.
"How long can I stay in this world?" Bruce pushed a glass of water in front of the shadow spider.
The hand of the shadow spider that originally wanted to catch the water hovered in mid-air.
He opened his eyes wide and looked at the man in front of him in disbelief.
In the end, he put down his hand, but did not take Bruce's water glass.
Now he has no way to figure out what kind of guy this person is.
Obviously doesn't have any superpowers.
But it seems to know a lot of things happened.
Bruce just crossed his arms and leaned against the wall, quietly looking at the black and white Spider-Man.
"It seems that you know far more things than I know." Straightening the brim of his hat, the shadow spider sitting on the sofa was so out of place with this colorful world.
Bruce was noncommittal about what the Shadow Spider said: "The Spider-Man in this world is dead. This is something everyone knows, but now counting you, I have met two Spider-Man."
"Even if I am dull, I understand that this situation is impossible."
"Especially when one of these two Spider-Man's art style is completely out of this world."
He looked down at the clothes on his body, and then at the world around him.
The Shadow Spider naturally understood what Bruce meant by that.
Although the world he sees is always black and white, it doesn't prevent him from knowing how special he is in this world.
Just like that little cube he's always been curious about.
He can't tell the color of this world.
"So you're not from Jin Bin?" Shadow Spider turned his head and asked Bruce.
"Will you be a super criminal?" Bruce didn't answer Shadow Spider's question directly.
Anyway, another question was raised and thrown to the Spider-Man.
Bruce's rhetorical question made Shadow Spider laugh suddenly.
"I like you." This time Shadow Spider picked up the glass of water that Bruce had handed him before.
"I like women." But obviously, Bruce didn't intend to follow up on what he said.
The Shadow Spider froze for a moment, but then the guy understood what Bruce meant.
"I hate your completely humorless look. You don't look like a person from our world, nor do you look like a person from this world." He lifted his mask slightly.
Shadow Spider drank the water Bruce poured him in one gulp.
"Okay, I'm leaving now." Putting down the cup and rearranging his mask, the Shadow Spider didn't intend to stay here any longer.
The man in front of him has been completely planned in his cognition as the kind of person who will not cause harm to anyone.
Of course, if Bruce knew the classification that the Shadow Spider had given him, he would probably disagree.
He didn't know how many people Bruce had already admitted to the hospital in just a few days.
What's more, those people are likely to be permanently disabled, and may even have to lie in bed and be a vegetable for the rest of their lives.
"If possible, I'd like to see if we can become friends." Shadow Spider looked back at Bruce as he left.
Bruce didn't answer.
The Shadow Spider didn't feel any loss either, he directly shot out the spider silk from his wrist, and left here.
Bruce quietly closed his door and restarted his training plan.
Compared with the middle-aged Spider-Man with a red and blue color scheme and a belly, Bruce has a better impression of this Shadow Spider-Man.
Maybe it's because they're both pretty good detectives.
Or maybe it's because the Shadow Spider-Man is less powerful than Peter Benjamin Parker.
But only sometimes.
Some people really can't just think about it.
Bruce, who was just about to pick up his training plan again, saw an extremely familiar sign appear in the distant sky that had begun to dim.
In this world, the bat lamp unexpectedly appeared.
Wipe your hands, Bruce already knows who made this kind of thing.
Is there anyone else besides the Spider-Man who was asked away by him a few questions before?
"A little nostalgic." Thomas saw the bat lights in the sky through Bruce's eyes.
"Trouble is coming." Bruce knew very well that it was absolutely impossible for that guy to find himself just to answer his own question.
It's very possible that they got some important information from Okmax, or encountered some major setbacks.
"Are you going?" Thomas felt that Bruce should not go there now.
He had nothing but the equipment he brought over, no logistical support, no one to help him off the field.
Going to a battlefield full of superpowers in this attitude is obviously not a wise move.
Turning around and walking towards the bathroom, Bruce echoed the Batman in his mind.
"My name is Bruce now, but my identity is Batman."
"How can a Batman not pass by when someone else lights up the Bat-Light?"
Thomas was not surprised by Bruce's choice.
Rather, this is the choice that Batmen will make when they see the Bat Light.
On the other side, Gwen and Miles now looked at what Peter Parker had done and were really confused.
"Are you sure he will come here? I think my method is more reliable. Let's find a place first, fix the key, and then fix it all." Gwen felt that Peter Parker had done this. Things are simply a fantasy. Just turn on the bat light and someone will come to help them.
How could this kind of plot that only appears in comic books appear in the real world?
Although the plot of them traveling to another world is quite comic book-like.
But at least there is a scientific basis.
But Batman is not a person who exists in their universe.
"Believe me, he will definitely come, as long as he is still a diehard Batman fan." Peter Parker spoke to Gwen quite confidently.
Gwen could only nod in agreement.
It's this female Spiderman who obviously doesn't believe that there is such a Batman in this world.
"There really is a Batman. I saw him when I was working with this Peter. He is indeed dressed as Batman." Miles quickly told Gwen the scene he had seen.
Although the bat at that time really didn't like him.
But how could such a thing be said and told to Gwen?
"Here he comes, he's here!" Peter Parker suddenly changed his anxious look from before.
He repeatedly waved to Gwen and Miles.
When Gwen and Miles walked over, they found a figure already standing upstairs opposite them.
"WOW." It wasn't until seeing Bruce in real life that the female Spider-Man now believed that there was really a Batman in this world.
Everything that Peter Parker said before is true.
Shadow Spider just sat down.
