The Hulkbuster Armor was jointly developed by Dr. Banner and Tony as a specialized armor used to restrain the Rampage Hulk.

The whole project is called the Veronica System.

Hulk's strength is over 100 tons, and it can even continue to increase as his anger grows. There are almost no metals on earth that can withstand this kind of power, except for vibranium.

So one of Veronica's countermeasures plans is to drop a vibranium cage from the air to trap the Hulk inside.

This armor is usually on the Stark Industries satellite, and when needed, it is deployed to the location where the Hulk loses control.
