I didn’t have to write it, but it felt like it was inconsistent with my intention of writing this book, and it was more of a commercial power struggle. This book is what I’m not good at, and the writing is not good. It’s better to end it as soon as possible and think about the next book.

There is a lot of information to look up, but it is more laborious to write, and the effect is very poor. It is like obviously you can take a cable car for sightseeing, but you have to climb the Himalayas and commit suicide by jumping off a building. It is thankless but you can only grit your teeth and write hard, otherwise the plot will be plotted. It will be very strange.

This book is indeed written with a goal of 1.5 million words. I have communicated with everyone and explained it to everyone early. Now the number of words is almost the same, which shows that I have good control over the long form. At least everything I wanted to write before starting the book is covered. I have written it, and the number of words is basically in line with expectations. However, although the following content was planned by me, it was obviously much more difficult to write. It is a new attempt of mine, but the attempt failed.

But in my opinion, failure is also a good experience. At least you know what you are not good at and what you are good at, so you can use your strengths and avoid weaknesses next time.

This is my first book with more than 1.5 million words in recent years. It has a certain experimental and learning nature. As a pure newcomer, I am exploring long-form writing methods on my own, and in my opinion, I have achieved certain results. Results and experience.

The next book will definitely have a longer-term goal, learn lessons, and strive to target 1.8-2 million words.

My ultimate goal is probably to write a novel with a perfect beginning and ending, with a word count of 3 to 3.5 million. This is probably my ultimate outlook for my career.
