"I dare not trouble my sister-in-law to see you off, I will take my leave."

At Chen Gang's house, Chen Ming asked his sister-in-law to stay with a very sincere look. He really did not dare to let his sister-in-law, who was more than six months pregnant, go out to see him off. Chen Ming walked out of the gate of Chengang with Liu Wu, his expression unchanged, and he secretly breathed a sigh of relief in his heart. This necessary formality was finally completed.

In the past two days, Chen Ming had to visit several families a day. It didn't have to be very formal. It was also okay to visit Tumen's relatives in the form of chatting about family matters. Chen Ming liked this kind of dealing, which was equivalent to letting him show up in front of all the important people in Tumen. But for the Chen Gang family, this was already five generations apart in name, and in fact he was the eldest brother of a half-brother, so he had to be more cautious and dignified.

It was unreasonable to visit the hostess when Chen Gang was not at home. In this day and age, the sister-in-law also had to meet outsiders. This was not the 21st century. Today, Chen Ming came to the door of Chengang's house on the occasion of his uncle's cousin's wife's birthday, and took the opportunity to "send warmth" to the whole Tumen.

This relationship is really far from Chen Ming. Uncle, needless to say, is his grandmother's brother, and both sides are in person. Another digression, the old lady of the Chen family is the Huang family, the most powerful among the Tumen aborigines. The Huang family is the second largest landlord in Tumen after the Chen family. Although it is only more than 400 acres, the entire Tumen group is only 3,000 acres. But the Huang family is small. From Chen Ming's two generations ago, that is, his grandmother's generation, the Huang family has been a single-line family, until Huang Song, a cousin who is three years older.

Why is Huang Song called Song? This name is not nice. But the meaning, the Huang family wants the meaning, the pine tree is evergreen and long-lived, with lush branches and leaves, and the Huang family wants this meaning.

Therefore, it was easy for Chen and Huang to merge. When the generation of Chen Ming's grandmother saw that the only child they had grown up was an only son, all their thoughts were dispelled. The Huang family couldn't compete with the Chen family. There were seven grown-up children in Chen Ming's father's generation. Without Chen Hui, even without Chen Cong, there were still Chen Min, Chen Jia, Chen Quan, etc., and Chen Ming's grandfather's generation had four brothers!

The incense of the Chen family is prosperous!

Chen and Huang merged, and the Huang family was willing to be the lower one. After decades, the first family of Tumen changed from Huang to Chen. When Chen Ming knew this inside story, he had to sigh, God help Chen!

Chen Ming's uncle's cousin was actually separated from his uncle's lineage by a layer, and his family background was not bad, but this relationship was a little far from Chen Ming's family. It was enough for Chen Ming to be present at the birthday celebration, and Chen Hui didn't need to come back from the county town. Then there was a big meal at noon, and the end was just a gift.

Ordinary families were happy enough to share some leftovers. The better ones would return a snack box. Of course, the Chen Gang family also sent a gift. Chen Ming naturally took the gift box he specially prepared and walked around, and then breathed a sigh of relief.

He had this problem. He always wanted to finish things as soon as possible, otherwise it would always be like a knot in his heart. Especially for a special relationship like the Chen Gang family, Chen Ming and Chen Gang were not really close. Don't think that Chen Ming would not do anything because he was young. Just Gao's words behind his back could make Chen Ming understand the threat of Chen Gang to him.

Why was Gao so worried about Chen Ming's coma this time? Wasn't it because she was afraid that if Chen Ming died, he would not even have a successor, and the huge Chen family business would fall into Chen Gang's hands? Chen Gang already had a son and a daughter. As long as he gave up a son to be adopted under Chen Ming's name, everything would be fine. In that case, Gao would vomit to death.

She gave birth to Chen Ming eight years after she married. Imagine how much pressure she had endured in the previous seven years? But Chen Gang's mother gave birth to him, a concubine's son, early on. In this social environment, the sin of difficulty in having children can never be blamed on men, but only on women. Gao Shi absolutely cannot tolerate Chen Gang's son becoming her son's son, and cannot see the huge family business of the Chen family handed over to Chen Gang! That's why she was in a hurry to arrange a marriage for Chen Ming, just to let Chen Ming have a son as soon as possible!

This cannot be said that Gao Shi's motherly love is gone, this is a very realistic and realistic problem.

After solving all the problems in "diplomacy", Chen Ming didn't care about what kind of reputation he would win. Anyway, no matter good or bad, it's useless. Everything depends on his bloodline and whether he can burn bone porcelain immediately.

While Chen Ming was carrying out "diplomacy", he took out a new porcelain formula, and Chen Erye had already started to make preparations, planning to try it out in a cave in the kiln factory to see the results. This news has already spread throughout Tumen.

Lushan belongs to Ruzhou. The famous Ru kiln in the Northern Song Dynasty is located on this land. There is a long history of porcelain firing here. Liangwa Town in the county is still a very important source of porcelain in western Henan. It's just that the grade of Lushan flower porcelain is too low. The porcelain produced by many kilns in Liangwa Town can be directly equated with the grade of coarse porcelain bowls, which is too low. The style of Tumen is not high either. Today's Ruzhou people no longer have the arrogance and confidence of the heyday of Ru kiln. For many workers engaged in this kind of work and the bosses of kilns, firing porcelain is just for survival.

So for the "new recipe" that Chen Ming took out, many people "watched" with an attitude of watching a joke, and some people "watched" with curiosity. The specific reputation value of Chen Ming can be brushed in Tumen, the most important thing is his identity, and then a small part depends on the firing of bone porcelain.

This is like the "second generation" going to the grassroots to gild themselves. If you want to rise as soon as possible, you must have some achievements to show, right? If not, your second generation status will still be solid and unshakable, but it is wishful thinking to return to the upper level with golden brilliance.

Bone china was invented by the British in the late 18th century. It got its name because the ashes of herbivorous animals such as cows and sheep (preferably cow bone powder) were added to its clay. In later generations, it became a synonym for high-end porcelain. Chen Ming didn't know whether this was due to the power of Western civilization or whether this thing was really worth such a high value. Anyway, bone china is the only porcelain invented by Westerners, and it has been praised to the extreme by Westerners, especially John Bulls. He has also seen bone china in shopping malls, which is quite beautiful. Bone china is very white, so it is easy to draw on it. But if you ask him what is better about bone china than ceramics, Chen Ming really can't tell.

In Chen Ming's cognition, bone china is a high-end thing!

He also knew that the emergence of bone china was purely accidental. Strictly speaking, bone china is a less successful imitation, but Europeans got unexpected wonderful results from the failed imitation. The Obarro people love Jingdezhen's thin-bodied porcelain, also known as "de-bodied porcelain" and "eggshell porcelain". This thing was introduced to Europe at the turn of the Ming and Qing dynasties, shocking the whole of Europe!

The Chinese own history book "Tao Ji" said this about this porcelain: "Thin as paper, white as jade, bright as a mirror, and sound like a chime." Extreme praise!

The European saying is not bad: "Thinner than paper, whiter than milk, and more transparent than glass" (literal translation).

This kind of porcelain is worth a fortune in Europe. A piece of porcelain can even be exchanged for an army. What's more amazing is that this kind of porcelain can even be made into lamps, but it has a more fantastic effect than glass lamps.

In order to get the effect of "more transparent than glass", in 1794, British inventor William Watson added animal bone powder to the clay. Bone powder can be used to obtain calcium oxide after high temperature, which is a very mature technique in Western glass technology. It is an effective co-solvent and can easily form glass-like substances. Then a kind of ceramics of Europeans was invented. Although it is still difficult to reach the thickness of thin-bodied porcelain of about 1mm-2mm, and the color tone is slightly reddish, it is impossible to truly achieve high white color. Bone porcelain is milky white.

In the 21st century when Chen Ming came, no one compared bone porcelain with debonded porcelain. The latter is simply a work of art, and its value is far from comparable to bone porcelain. Debonded porcelain is no longer porcelain-for daily use, but a high-value art luxury.

Anyway, Chen Ming does not think that bone porcelain is really as high-end as it is, but it is an innovation for Chinese porcelain manufacturing and should be able to produce considerable value. What's more, there can be two if there is one. Its significance to Chen Ming is by no means the economic benefits of the industry it represents.
