During the day, I get angry in every possible way at the company, and when I get home, I am often looked down upon and ridiculed by my partner, and my son often complains to him, complaining that other children are picked up by their parents in a good car...

Let me ask this person who is no longer young, if he wants to practice meditation, can he do it?

The answer is still no.

How can he feel at ease!

In such a state of mind, no matter how much you sit, you will still be sitting hard, not training but suffering.Even if it sits for 100 years, it is impossible to get started.

How can his heart be at ease?
